We visited a small family-owned organic olive oil producer, Azienda Agricola Biologica Olio Monaco, in the commune of Tortoreto. Their farm is situated about 200 meters above sea level.
The family welcomed us and gave us a tour of the farm.
We also tasted their freshly pressed olive oil from different olive varieties. They were really fantastic.
