Donabe Soup Days

My heavy duty donabe...

Soup & Stew Doanbe, "Miso-shiru Nabe". The way this donabe distributes the heat to ingredients is very special. It's gentle and steady. This donabe also has the remarkable heat-retention ability.

Creamy kabocha pumpkin and prune potage.
