Bottarga and Mitsuba Pasta

My last piece of karasumi (=bottarga =cured mullet roe) which I took home from Taiwan was...

Grated into tiny pieces, then...

Tossed in olive oil with the flax seed spaghetti, chopped mitsuba (Japanese parsley).
Sooo delicious!

Bottarga and mitsuba was a great combination I discovered.
