Chicken and Mitsuba in Wasabi-Sesame Sauce

For wasabi lovers, this is a multi-purpose sauce for a salad dish.
Hot flavor of wasabi is the main accent in this creamy sauce. In the picture, I tossed steamed chicken tender and mitsuba (Japanese parsley) herbs in this sauce. You can try it with other ingredients, such as sweet potato, seaweed, shrimp, etc. Hope you will enjoy.

Wasabi-flavored Sesame Sauce

Ingredients – Makes about ½ cup
3-4 teaspoons wasabi paste (fresh wasabi is hard to find in the US, so I use high quality wasabi paste sold in a tube)
2 tablespoons tahini paste
¼ cup dashi stock
4 teaspoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon roasted sesame seeds, ground

 Procedure
1. Whisk together the ingredients.
2. Use it as a sauce for salad, etc.
