Back in Japan (November 2010)...Lunch in Shinkansen

My 5-day trip to Kinki region started last Friday. The first destination was Iga (Mie Prefecture) to visit Nagatani-en, which is the producer of the donabe products I represent in the US. As in the past times, I took Shinkansen (bullet train) from Tokyo to Nagoya, then express bus to Iga. At Tokyo Station's food market, I picked up some lunch to eat in the train.

Grilled yama-imo (mountain yam), king oyster mushrooms, and spinach salad with yuzu dressing, chirashi sushi, and mame-daifuku (mochi with black bean skin, filled with azuki bean paste) with green tea. Very nice.
